This form is to register teams for participation in RoboCup Junior 2001.

Registration is a two-step process.
(1) Fill out the form below and return via email to:

Here are some details:
 The cost to enter is US$50 per team.
 Late registration fee (after 1 July 2001) is US$75.
 Note that space is limited, so late registrations are not guaranteed.
 Registration includes entry to RoboCup Junior challenges (7-8 August)
   and the Workshop (9 August).
 The fee allows entry to one (adult) mentor and up to three students,
   who will each receive a complimentary t-shirt.
 Additional team members may enter at a cost of US$10 per person.
 Additional t-shirts may be purchased separately at the venue.
 If a team member participates in more than one team, he/she should be
   listed (and charged) in only ONE team.

  [ ] tertiary (undergraduates, age 18 and over)
**Note: The age groups are loosely defined and will vary slightly
  from one country to another. Borderline decisions should be made
  on the basis of level of schooling rather than age. For example,
  European high school students who are 19 should register for the
  "secondary" age group, while American undergraduates who are 19
  should register for the "tertiary" age group. We leave it to the
  discretion of team mentors to make appropriate decisions.

Workshop:
  There will be a workshop held on August 9, 2001. 
  All Junior participants are invited to attend and share a 
  display describing their efforts preparing for RoboCup Junior.
  Participants will be given space to display posters and robots.
  Remember, our overall mission is education, not competition!!
