Betsy says:	"Yikes! A mission statement? Personally, I am interested in examining integrating technology in the classroom, particularly at the elementary school level. I look at this in two ways: technology for technology's sake - what are new curriculum areas that are being added due to the advent of computers in the classroom? for example, learning Logo or other children's programming languages; or learning keyboarding skills. technology for technology's sake ... NOT - what are ways in which computers are being (can be) used in the classroom to enhance the teaching of traditional curriculum areas? Currently, I am more focused on the second of these areas."
